The Kancamagus Highway is an east-west scenic byway crossing the state of New Hampshire, a little-above mid-point. For almost 40 miles in White Mountain National Forest, you live the towns and facilities behind as you wind your way up and over the mountain pass. There are numerous stops along the way to observe beautiful distant views, rocky gorges and a couple of waterfalls. Trails are available in varying lengths also to get a feel for nature. Absolutely a must to see in NH.
