I travel for work and I stay in all kinds of Hilton brands. The doubletree in Nashua, NH is top notch. The rooms are clean and quiet. When I walked into the hotel I was greeted by Julio who was working at the front desk. He had fresh hot baked doubltree cookies ready for me and my room and room key was immediately available. What a nice treat to talk to friendly staff!
As always, this hotel and staff is second to none. I have been staying here weekly for over three years. This review reflects a newer employee in Julio at the front desk who lives and breathes customer service. He will always greet you with a smile and he will ensure you have an amazing experience when checking in. We were here for a wedding and stayed for a few days. The beds are very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was pretty good - alot of options including gluten free choices. Friendly service, spacious lobby and close to shopping and restaurants.
Absolutely loved staying here over the weekend! The hotel is beautiful, in a great central location, and the staff was so pleasant! Julio and Julie at the front desk were especially nice and accommodating and made check in / check out a breeze! We will definitely be back!
The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I stayed 2 consecutive weekends and thought I’d left behind an item the first time. They went above and beyond trying to find it. Naome was particularly kind and helpful- I wish all the hotels I stayed at had such a wonderful person at the front desk.
