Excellent service at the bar. Heather was very easy to talk to and made my favorite cocktails perfect. There are a lot of bartenders that either don't want to take the proper time nor the proper care to make a decent cocktail, but not this bartender: 5 star service!

As a guest, my experience with Julio was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I approached the front desk, he greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor that instantly put me at ease.
Julio was incredibly patient and attentive as he checked me in, taking the time to thoroughly address my reservation and quickly finding a solution when there was a minor delay with my original room.
His offer to proactively upgrade me to a suite at no additional charge was a very thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued as a customer.

Over the years I have made many business trips to Nashua Doubletree Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable and has an efficient staff.
An individual who especially stands out is the hotel van driver, Kevin. He has always been waiting curbside at the airport upon my arrival with his welcoming smile. He is genuinely friendly, caring, polite and informative.
Kevin is a gold star!

This hotel has the best customer service!! Naomie at the front desk always greets you with a smile!! They always go above and beyond!! The gym is top notch! The food at the restaurant is so good with amazing service as well!! If you’re staying in the area I would highly recommend staying here..I stay at hotels often for business and this is one of my favorites!
