I stayed here in January, for a last minute getaway. The room was nice, and the first floor is very spacious. The pool was also a nice amentiy because it was heated and nice contrast from January in New England. My partner and I also enjoyed the food and drinks at the bar. The bartender Heather was quite busy but always checked in if we needed anything and her food and drink recommendations were very good.

The alarm clock cord was cut which was a little disturbing - I brought the alarm clock to the front desk, but a new one was not sent up to me. I forgot my UCB-C charger and the hotel did not have one to borrow. Finally, there were so many ants crawling in the carpet and sink so I asked for a new room, however there were still ants in the new room as well. Floors 8 and 4, respectively. The ant situation really made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

Julio and Julie are wonderful guest service representatives. They are both helpful and friendly and always a pleasure to be checked in by both of them. Julio always sends me a text to make sure the room is to my satisfaction. The cookies and water they both offer every time I visit is a nice freebie.
