Decided to surprise the kids for a night away. We were greeted by Matt in the evening who was great explaining where everything was and made us feel welcome right from the start. My kids were very excited about the pool. Room was clean, although bathroom was small. In the morning we met Eric who was such a breath of fresh air. He was the Jack of all trades! Definitely would come back and recommend to friends and family.
My stay was very nice I really enjoyed the fitness center, the dumbbells were amazing. The pool was also nice and I definitely had a blast and enjoyed the jacuzzi. The dove soap was a really nice touch and smelled nice. Matt also had Great customer service and hospitality.
Matt was a great help polite and courteous. Room ac wasn’t working and Matt was quick and polite enough to change the room in a matter of seconds . Pool was clean and jacuzzi was the right temperature, weight room was good . Coffe was hot and ready
Eric was amazing. He went above and beyond cleaning for our messy hockey team. We were never without towels and he always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, the conference room was great. Overall a great experience. Thank you!!!!! !
This is hand down the cleanest and most hospitable hotel I've ever stayed at. Everyone of the staff, especially My guy Matt treated my daughter and I like royalty and the room was immaculate. I didn't have to worry about my daughter getting into anything filthy it's great to be able to relax and not stress. This place absolutely helped me do that.
