We came with a youth hockey team and the hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. They gave us extra tables and chairs for the function room for our team dinner and they were always smiling with the kids. They never made us feel unwelcome, despite the spirited crowd we had with us!
Eric is great! We are in town for a hockey tournament and he has made all kids and families feel welcome. He set up the business center for us to use, which worked out perfect for us to have pizza and hang. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel next time.
Matt at the front desk was very accommodating with anything that we put in front of him. Always willing to help in any of my stays. Rooms are clean and hotel lobby is always in great shape. Pool area is also very nice when we are there as well. Great place!
Matt was one of the highlights of our experience, he was so kind and helpful and truly made us feel welcome. The rooms were clean and the location was perfect for what we were up to. Although the hot tub wasn’t working, Matt was very helpful and gave us a breakfast voucher, which we were very grateful for.
Matt at the front desk was a boss. Extremely helpful and a great disposition. He told me all of my choices for very early eats, flawless directions to Walmart and got me all set up for my early morning shuttle to the airport. If he's not already the manager he should be.
