Poor experience

Recent stay, had multiple issues with the doors locks working I was locked out every single time I left the room. Hotel staff did what they could including changing the battery on the door locks but all the members of the group we were in also had locks issues with the doors. Instead of the front designate, sending help earlier knowing that everyone was getting locked out they were trying to explain how to enter the key in the door, which was offensive. It’s supposed to have daily towels and garbage pick up never happened, rooms are dated -overall very disappointed.

Room tip: Hot tub has been closed for last few months

Very misleading

Upon arrival, the outside gives the impression that this place is very well kept— don’t fall for it

Upon entering the lobby, I immediately knew this was not the accommodations I normally choose; however, finding accommodations for that night were scarce and choices limited.

Pros:
1. Bed was decent
2. Hotel was quiet- we were on the 4th floor

Cons:
1. Hotel is incredibly outdated throughout
2. Upon entering our room, immediately noted that curtains were falling off the rod, floors did not look as if they’d even been mopped, furniture looked like something obtained from a 1960’s thrift sale, nightstand was missing one leg and was lopsided, room needed a coat of paint, and the toilet was off-centered and set at a slight angle so when using your knees hit the side of the tub- so, very poorly done obviously. Very disappointing!
3. Breakfast was HORRIBLE
4. Upon checking out, I could smell marijuana from the elevator- don’t know where it was coming from but at 8:00 am that is not what I want to be dealing with.

I would not recommend or stay here again. They should have paid me to stay instead of me paying for that room

Room tip: If you value decent surroundings, comfy beds, or peace of mind,skip this place. Way overpriced for what they offer

Nice place to stay

This is a good place to stay. Close to MHT. We got in around midnight. The front desk person was outside smoking a cigarette, never bothered to come in when she saw us pull up and unload our luggage. The keys were left on the front desk. There were two children waiting for something at the front desk for awhile. I guess she is entitles to a break.. but

DO NOT STAY HERE. VERY PREJUDICE.

Do not stay here! They are very rude and will argue about politics which is very unprofessional. They are also very discriminatory against colored people because we were charged a smoking fee while staying here for work and they charged it to our company credit card. Then when we contacted them to fix it they refused said they don’t care what we say they aren’t taking the charge off even tho I clearly have tons of proof we never smoke anything much less WEED in any hotel room and we spend 80% of our time in them for work. This is truly appalling. There is no way to get in touch with the regional manager to try and speak to someone more civilized and less disrespectful. Constantly just kept hanging up on us and the customer service rep. This place needs to be shut down and I will do everything I can to help the process. I’m pretty sure false charges on a credit card is called credit card fraud? So I’ll definitely be contacting BBB and filing a police report. Considering I read tons of reviews about people complaining of the hotel always smelling like weed but not one review of someone complaining about being charged for actually smoking weed in any room. Definitely think this goes against discrimination laws and I am so disappointed in choice hotels for having them as a choice to stay. Please do better choice! Also refused to give us a receipt for our stay either so they are literally just charging god knows what to who knows else and just not giving records.

Dissatisfied stay

Hotel location is good . Rooms are very nice . Plus we had been upgraded to a bigger room. Very appreciated
That all.
I have to say i have been in a lot of country inns but I have never seen such a poor breakfast , such shortage of everything . I stayed for 3 nights . At 8 30 am there was no bagels no bread , no muffins no desert . No potatoes. Only decaffeinated coffee. The other 1 hastni been made yet .. no fruits . Not even juice . Everything was finished . When we asked the person in charge ( which was very rude) , she said there is nothing left because the weekend was busy ..there wasn"t even plates to put your waffle in it . This wasn't even monday morning . It was Tuesday morning .
Above all the internet in the rooms is very weak . We had to stay in the reception area to make a call on watsupp.
Not to.mention the jacuzzi was called.
Truly disappointed. I have been in this hotel in April but I would debate coming here again ..
