I have read all of the terrible reviews on the website. I have written my own review. I concur with every review posted! In particular, we are staying in 106 and the problems experienced by a person who stayed at an earlier date in the same room remain!
I am going to find out from Radisson (merging, incidentally, with Choice Hotels soon...I guess the company needs a bail-out) if we can get a refund for any part of this dreadful trip. I sure doubt it.
Icing on the cake: We arrived with 1 washcloth in the room. On Saturday I asked for 4 more. Today, Monday, after 3 nights and a day with no housekeeping, no towel replishment, I was given 1 washcloth, as "there are no more. We ordered 3,000 and they will be delivered soon. I guess people use them to remove make-up and when they are stained, we throw a lot out."
No wonder the rates are so low. Stay AWAY!
