Terrible Experience

This property is poorly maintained and poorly staffed. The staff did not seem to care, did not address our complaints and did not offer any compensation for the lack of services. We reserved two rooms, both were supposed to have 2 queen beds we were given a king and had to move the next day to the queen room so accommodate the friend that was arriving the next day. We stayed 5 nights and our rooms were never serviced. Our trash was overflowing, coffee and cups were not replaced, no one checked to see if we needed new towels (info said to place towels on floor or in tub if you want it replaced) We did not have a chair in our room and they were never able to provide us with a chair even after repeated requests. A knob was missing off of the bedside table so the drawer could not be used. The bathtub drained very slowly, getting calf high during a shower. The spa in the pool area was never available during our stay. The patio area off of the pool had no shade with the exception of one umbrella. Trash was also overflowing for two days outside the front of the property.

Kim at the front desk was so kind and helpful! We had a problem with our reservation and she solved it in addition to offering us an upgrade respecting the price at which we had reserved.

What a nice stay!

I have read all of the terrible reviews on the website. I have written my own review. I concur with every review posted! In particular, we are staying in 106 and the problems experienced by a person who stayed at an earlier date in the same room remain!

I am going to find out from Radisson (merging, incidentally, with Choice Hotels soon...I guess the company needs a bail-out) if we can get a refund for any part of this dreadful trip. I sure doubt it.

Icing on the cake: We arrived with 1 washcloth in the room. On Saturday I asked for 4 more. Today, Monday, after 3 nights and a day with no housekeeping, no towel replishment, I was given 1 washcloth, as "there are no more. We ordered 3,000 and they will be delivered soon. I guess people use them to remove make-up and when they are stained, we throw a lot out."

No wonder the rates are so low. Stay AWAY!

We booked a hotel room at this property so that we could use the pool. My 3 kids were very excited. When we got there the front desk said that the pool was closed and it has been since March. This was disappointing. When inquired why they didn't mention it on their website, they said that they asked the management company to put it on there but they refused because it would deter people from staying there. I used my saved up credit card points for this stay and could not get a refund. The staff was nice but we had some very upset children and felt like the hotel was false advertising.
