Police activity both days and we witnessed someone being arrested. My room as well as the lobby smelled of weed. Pool was closed and we were there for a soccer tourney with small kids and were never notified or compensated. Grounds had overgrown un mowed grass. Pretty sure people were living at the hotel too. I wont be back and that’s unfortunate because I’ve stayed here for the past 3 years

Our housekeeping staff is held to a very high standard and we appreciate that you've informed us of a need to address housekeeping policies and procedures. This was a very disappointed stay. We probably should not have accepted the room as there were numerous cigarette burns on the carpet but needing an accessible room, we figured switching wouldn't be an option. A call to the front desk to ask for an additional blanket was made but the blanket was never received. We should have pursued a different room as we had poor sleep both nights due to extreme noise in the room above us. Constant yelling and pacing of the floor kept us awake for hours. We were told someone would look into it after our first night but that never happened. Mentioned it again as we were checking out this morning and all we got was "I'm sorry". Paying over $400 for two nights of not sleeping is completely unacceptable.
Room tip: Pool was closed.

Your very detailed negative review of our facilities and customer service is rough to hear because our goal and our efforts are directed to bring the opposite results from what you describe. I am sorry that we were unable to accommodate your request for a blanket. This hotel provided everything I needed. The room was clean, and everything I needed was there. I slept really well and the service was great. The breakfast was also really good. Overall it was a great stay and I was sorry to leave. My current hotel is hot garbage by comparison. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Bedford.
Room tip: Bring at least one of your own blankets from home to any hotel you stay at. Maybe a pillow too. If not you can always go to a local Walmart.
