This hotel provided everything I needed. The room was clean, and everything I needed was there. I slept really well and the service was great. The breakfast was also really good. Overall it was a great stay and I was sorry to leave. My current hotel is hot garbage by comparison. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Bedford.

Great breakfast options and more than reasonable rates (we were here for a wedding group block). Front desk was very knowledgeable about the area and things to do. Room was pretty spacious as well. Only complaint was the tiny pillows. Late checkout was nice too!

They charged us over $275 a night but provided less than $80 per night value. After being assured the room was cleaned prior to our arrival, we found cobwebs on the ceiling of the room. The issue had to be brought to 3 staff members' attention over the course of 36 hours before it was resolved. My daughter slept on the pull-out sofa bed but was ate up with no fewer than 5 bug bites during our stay. The tub didn't drain and a 10 minute shower resulted in standing in dirty water that was up past your ankles.
