Went to Saltgrass noontime on a Saturday. Opened up at exactly 12:00. Great informative service from the get go. Appetizer was hot and delicious. Drinks were mixed well and alcohol was not applied lightly. Ribeye steak was ordered rare+ and came out rare+ (between rare and medium rare). Filet Mignon was ordered medium rare and was very tender. Salmon and chicken were prepared perfectly and were moist and flavorful. Service was cheery and attentive. Rather quiet since they just opened, and only about half of the tables were occupied. Wedge salad, while not on the menu to be ordered separately, was offered at a slight upcharge and split between the two of us. More than enough even when split. The steak house should add this to their menu as an appetizer/salad item. A huge piece of carrot cake (enough for four) was served with a candle since it was my BFF's birthday. Although we had to pay extra for it, the thought counted. All in all, a very pleasant experience and all hunger was more than satisfied. Give this outfit a try!
