The Excalibur is a great place to stay!!!

We had a great experience at Excalibur and will stay again the next time we return to Vegas!!! The room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful!!! And the amenities were amazing for the price!!! We loved it!!!

They don’t warn you, but end up charging $20 a day for parking. Also our bathroom was not clean at all, there was someone else’s hair so over the shower walls and bathroom floor. When we asked about the parking charges they wouldn’t answer any questions.

For the price we should’ve stayed somewhere else. The halls are were dirty, there was only one electrical outlet that worked in the room, there was mold in the shower, and rust around the light fixtures in the bathroom.

Checkin line took an hour to get key; room was filthy- carpet with visible trash; wall had lipstick on it; lamp had good stains; no coffee maker; duct tape on carpeted hall; no fridge to store leftovers or water bottles. No AC in elevators. For pool-PAY extra for pool towel, umbrella & padded chair?! Crazy and sad. Never again!

Old property, but you get what you pay for !!! Had a problem with check-out, said I hadn't stayed there !!!! Only one pool 0f three was open each day of our stay !!!! social distancing at the pool sucked !!!!A/C ok in the room, but no cleaning in Public areas !!! May look around next trip!!!!!!
