The rooms are very clean, quiet and comfortable. The casino is easy to navigate, and the dining options are many. The staff is very friendly & accommodating. Parking is free, which is tough to find in Vegas. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Vegas!

We had fun visiting the casino and eating sushi before our show, The Jersey Boys. It was a great show, a relaxed and enjoyable casino. We enjoyed the delicious sushi bar. Friendly staff. Easy to get to by cab. Cute decor. We enjoyed the photo spots.

My husband & I are in our 70’s so being off the Strip, but with an incredible view of the Strip, is a big plus. I did miss the shuttle that they used to have, but did fine with Uber. The Orleans is a manageable size unlike so many of the other mega hotels. We love the bowling & movie theatre being right there. The restaurants are all good & food court convenient for quicker meals where everyone gets their favorite. This is our place if we go to Vegas.

I absolutely love this place for a cheaper off the strip stay. I first discovered The Orleans when I came here to see the Vintage VW car show out in the parking lot in 2022 and 24 The casino was amazing and the food hall is good too. I love the decoration with large King, Queen, Jack heads hanging down. The room was really nice but I was woken up at 2 am in the morning. To my surprise they were "Dropping the Trop" , the Tropicana hotel was being knocked down in a blaze of fireworks and drones with a 2am show that I could see out of my bedroom window. The Orleans T-shirt from the gift shop is probable the coolest Casino T-shirt in Vegas. I will come back here..

The hotel itself is nice looking enough but nowhere near matched the value of the cost.
Firstly I was charged for 4 nights of internet use and the first night it wasn't working at all. The rest of the days the internet speed was so poor I didn't even bother, and had to go offsite to get effective usage. When I spoke to the manager about this they refunded me for one night only. Very disappointing.
When trying to reach reception from the room I was continually diverted from the operator, who was extremely curt and rude, to the front desk, where the phone rang and rang without anyone picking up. I ended up having to get out of bed and physically go down to the front desk where the one employee made no attempt to explain or help the situation.
Furthermore, I was there for four nights and not once did a maid ever the room to make the bed out clean the room. When I brought this up with the management they informed me that the rooms are only attended to once every four days! Appalling. Not sure what I'm paying for other than a bed. It was explained to me that this is "the way it was now".
Really poor.
Save your money, or spend your $1500 somewhere where you'll get value for it. I would'nt recommend this hotel and will make sure to tell people why.
