This was our first stay at The Orleans, and it was very good. The price was amazing at only $124 per night which included tax and resort fee. This is much cheaper than anywhere else you can find. Our room was very big and nice. Not many TV channels though. The overall hotel was very clean and in good shape. I didn't have huge expectations, but the hotel, restaurants and casino were all great, better than I expected and I will definitely stay here again. We had breakfast at Whisk and it was very good with huge portions and great prices. The free parking was a big plus and very easy. Nice security presence and did not see any riff raff around or in the hotel. Great Job Orleans staff on making this a great stay and for keeping this hotel up.

the place is a bit pricey for nothing extra to offer like at Bellagios or Paris, or even Sams Town! Casino business for sure. The room was clean. Small bathroom. Elevator was loud and creaky...lol
Room tip: Pool closed due to broken glass which is NOT allowed. Too many minors alone

I love this hotel I lived in Vegas forever and this is where I would come because their games actually win sometimes they have the new renovated two bedroom suites that are Immaculate and insane they're on the 21st floor and they're pretty hard to get but they are well worth the wait. The steakhouse is very good in the filet mignon is only $50 the cafes really good they also have TGI Fridays Fuddruckers Subway and about five more restaurants I can't remember all of them they have Starbucks coffee you can smoke in the casino it has a good view of the strip in most of the rooms the regular rooms are a little outdated in the carpet in those hallways looks really trashy but the good thing is they have a little window that open so you don't feel claustrophobic.
Room tip: Tons of restaurants and slots! They took away the good free bet blackjack

Our small group met at the Orleans Hotel and it was a good fit for us. I had driven by the hotel on Tropicana a number of times but didn't realize how large it was. There are many rooms, casino areas, restaurants and large free parking areas. My room itself was large and comfortable, and also quiet. Being away from the Strip was good as I had rented a car and it was easier to get in and out. The two restaurants we visited were good.

This hotel had been recommended and we decided to book here for a weekend getaway. The prices were reasonable compared to other hotels especially to those on the strip. I had called the hotel before I made a reservation and was told that I would get a AAA discount upon arrival and that I would need to show my card. When we arrived we were told that this had to have been done online so there was miscommunication and no discount was given.
Hoping things got better, when we arrived at our room, we were happy that the room was spacious and very clean. However, things went downhill quickly. There was no WiFi at all. I called downstairs and was rudely told that it wasn't working. I got that. It was important for us to have WiFi because I brought my work laptop and my son brought his school work to do - both of us needed to log on. We couldn't even go online with our data. We were cut off completely. No WiFi, no cable, no way to make plans to find a local library where they had WiFi or anything. And there was no person to help us either.
We went out for lunch hoping it would be fixed by the time we came back a few hours later. That wasn't our luck. We were told that it was a problem the entire block had - in other words the hotel because it occupies a city block. We asked for a supervisor but there was none. This hotel has no customer service. I mean this literally. You only have a check-in area and bell area. No concierge or anyone that can help you with any problems you may have.
We decided to leave the next day and not stay for the two days intended. I will never set foot in this hotel and will never recommend it.
Room tip: Casino smells of cigarettes. Rooms are spacious. No concierge or customer services people.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service, and we sincerely apologize that we did not achieve this during your stay. On the Wi-Fi outage: this was due to a fiber optic cable being damaged, something that was outside of our control and reliant upon an outside vendor to complete the complex fix.

Before booking we read good and not so reviews. Our experience was excellent. Arriving at 10pm we was greeted warmly at registration, given room 1614 overlooking the Strip in the distance. Our room large with a comfy King bed a large seating area and a large bathroom too. Nice toiletries and coffee in the room.
The casino itself a really friendly locals environment, entertainment included a nice movie theatre and a many lane bowling alley. We felt right at home during our stay, gambling a little, a couple of drinks at the bar, and a nice dinner at Ondori Asian Kitchen. Great place too, inexpensive.
A couple of miles from the Strip, plenty of Ubers, and a local city bus that runs along Tropicana.
Room tip: The Irish bar next door McMullans is cosy, with a great atmosphere
