Flamingo
I booked a room at the Flamingo for a girls trip at the Flamingo, as previous stays have been pleasant (however I was with a Caesars reward member). It was four of us & the room only came with 2 towels. We called house keeping 3 times to get towels it took almost 6 hours (we walked to the strip came back & no towels). I had to call housekeeping at 11pm at night in which they waived my resort fees for the day & came with towels 20mins later.
Elevators can take up to 10 mins just to go up or down 🤦🏻♀️ even though there are 12 !!
Lastly, & worst of my experience: trying to get a late checkout was horrible! Flamingo has kiosks around the lobby at your convenience to avoid the long lines. I used it at check-in & also checked the box to get text messages with there concierge system “Ivy.” So when it was time to check-out we needed a late check out which there is a $30 fee!! I did so anyway because my group & I didn’t want to feel rushed. After doing a late check-out via “Ivy” it replied I needed to stop by a kiosk to get a new set of keys (I thought what a waste of time). Well I did so, & it didn’t work !!! It said I needed to visit an ambassador at the lobby ! I looked around only to see a long line ! (It’s a Mid-Monday Morning &’everyone is trying to checkout. I get in line wasting time again. 25minutes later I see an ambassador who gave me new keys to get back into the room & also was able refund the $30 late checkout
Fee.
All in all, I wouldn’t stay at Flamingo again. Waste of time & money !
