Flamingo Flop

Booked the Flamingo online based on that information! Upon check in the room was not as advertised and was not fit for habitation, dirty terribly dated and falling apart. Toilet paper holder hanging on by a thread, sink faucet loose and tilted to one side. Chairs in room should be in the garbage. When we asked to move they would not entertain a change until the next day....I could go on and on... but will end with don't stay there unless you call them and ask for a nice room

Awful experience here - first off they did not give me the room I reserved or view I reserved. I showed them my reservation and they said since I checked in so late that my reservation is not guaranteed (my flight got in at 1AM) - not sure why I don’t get my room when I put a deposit down for it at time of booking.

2nd - the guy at check in messed up our reservation days so we got locked out of our room and had to wait 30 min in line to get issue corrected.

3rd - guy who checked us in also put that I didn’t want housekeeping and I was never asked about this which I assumed was standard so we had to keep tracking down towels and our room wasn’t cleaned once.

4th - our “upgraded” room had blood stains on the sheets, some of electrical outlets didn’t work, and paint peeling off the ceiling in bathroom. It was just a gross room overall.

They defrauded my sponsor and me. They charged my credit card and his for a room—non-responsive staff and rude. They even did not bother getting back to us and asked us to file an online complaint form. They never explained how they charged my credit card, and when I called "customer service," it was a third-party collecting company. This place has to be shut down.

We stayed at the Flamingo Las Vegas for two nights, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. Despite the staff's unprofessionalism, the hotel's service and amenities were extremely poor. The phones in our room didn't work, forcing us to go down to the front desk for any assistance.

We experienced a significant leak in our room. We had to wait in line to speak to the front desk, where we encountered unresponsive staff. After waiting 90 minutes and speaking to three different managers, an engineer finally arrived and identified the leak. The repair process was unnecessarily prolonged, and one manager even rudely threatened to walk away if we didn't step aside. (i’ve a audio/video of it )

Our elderly parents were staying with us, and we were concerned about the slippery floors posing a fall risk at night. The staff showed no empathy and refused to provide us with a new room, despite our repeated requests over 90 minutes. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of concern for guest safety is appalling.

The rooms were untidy, and the overall management was unethical and unprofessional. I strongly advise potential guests to reconsider booking at the Flamingo Las Vegas. This hotel does not deserve its three-star rating—I'd give it less than one star.

Attached are some pictures of our experience. Book at your own risk, as this hotel fails in both service and cleanliness.

I booked clients as a Travel Agent to stay here.
Clients knew they had to pay a security deposit and were advised on check out that it would be refunded back to their account.
Turns out they have refunded it to someone else.
It’s 7 weeks now from clients left and still nothing.
I’ve been told they are trying to get the money back from whoever they refunded too.
I’ve made 3 phone calls which have cost me £150 but still no joy.

Flamingo hotel can you please advise what is happening ??

Worst stay ever. Never again! From no housekeeping, to a broken shower head and no knowledge or time frame as to when things would get taken care of, staff has no clue on how to run a hotel. Being asked the same questions over and over through their texting system. Don’t waste your money!
