Nick( NICHOLAS - American - Ukrainian - RUSSIAN ) FOX

1.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 11 Jun 2024
The most disgusting  security manager NICK ( NICHOLAS) FOX, born in the U.S. but has  UKRAINIAN  - RUSSIAN ethnic background. The fact he served the U.S. AIR FORCE is truly embarrassing. AS  an ex - executive HR Intern  for VA and the U. S. Department of the State  I would fire him on the SPOT. Nick FOX  is a great scammer and the lier, I am embarrassed to say he has done service to the U.S.  I visited Vegas for networking and a conference in February. I had a great experience in the hotel and I got a PINK room per my request regardless I paid for a new room. The staff in the hotel were great. Disgusting and unprofessional security manager NICK FOX  ruined my trip to Vegas. After being out with friends at the Venetian I came back to my room to charge my phone and decided to look around the Flamingo  casino as this was my last night in town and I had no time to see what's in the hotel. Technically I was looking for snacks as I have to leave early for my flight so I thought I might buy something to eat for an early morning. I met a gentleman from Ohio earlier in the week named Jeff who saw me in the casino the same night  and asked to show me how to gamble various games, including Craps. As I don't know anything about gambling and I wanted to  learn and watch Jeff how he is playing the game.On the way to the game table I was approached by security officer Nick Fox, who randomly stopped me and asked me to leave the property. I was confused and mr. Fox asked if I had ever been trespassed in the State of Nevada, said he talked with ME  earlier in the day and asked me to leave the casino. I explained to Mr. FOX I am staying at the Flamingo Hotel, was a paying guest, had no other place to go, and WE  had never spoken before,  Nick Fox said " I spoke with you earlier today, you are from theCzech Republic" ( I do have an accent and I am not fully white, but I am the U.S. citizen and I am  EUROPEAN/MIDDLE EAST  gal as well ) ... then Nick Fox asked for my ID when I told him that they had never spoken before...then Nick Fox said  I speak to a lot of people during the day/night, but I believe I spoke with you earlier I. can't remember...anyway. I need you to leave the hotel now"... Nick Fox was very unprofessional that night and thankfully I don't drink much so I had full control of my faculties. The interaction was rude, confusing, and unprofessional. Mr. Nick Fox stated it was a management decision without giving a reason or any facts, treating me with disrespect and rudeness. I asked if I could get the name and number of his manager. Mr.FOX refused. After I said I am feeling harassed  late in the night  and I should probably call the police. Nick ( NICHOLAS)  Fox became  sarcastic and enraged and brought (TWO) 2 more security officers to "arrest" me. They read a " trespass rule" and told me if I don't   leave the casino immediately I will get arrested.  I have no clue what the "trespass rule" and I am not even from Nevada. Also, I didn't gamble and I DON't EVEN know how to gamble, neither I care about gambling. The experience was traumatic and unprofessional, unpleasant, and disrespectful. I complained to the service manager over the phone after I got back to my room as well as the front desk manager. The front desk manager talked to Nick Fox the same night/day. After all this complaining, security manager Nick Fox decided to harass me around the hotel with security officers who kept following her around the hotel to my room elevator. Please take a look at those pictures. I had at  least 10 of my friends  staying in luxury suites on the same floor of Flamingo  as me and they were shocked when they heard how I was treated. I was awake until 5:00 am in the morning dealing with management trying to file a complaint and to exercise her legal rights. The best part is Caesar entertainment doesn't provide guest access  to their legal department to file a formal complaint to sue them, so DON'T stay with them. Also, I made sure all my friends in Vegas and outside the VEGAS ( who came for a huge NADA conference ) were aware of what happened to me and they will file complaints too. In addition  I already made EUROPEAN ( escpeially my UK friends)  and diverse people  aware  how we are treated at FLAMINGO LAS VEGAS, NV. Also, I will name the attorney to post all videos on social media so people are aware how Caesar's entertainment  treats their guests.
Date of stay: February 2024
Room Tip: if you are looking to stay with Caesars entrant make sure you get the attorney before you check in.

Came here for a kids chess tournament, which was held in flamingo. The check in/out process was time consuming, tedious, and unpleasant. The staff working in the registration are not helpful and do not solve any issue/request (as simple as paying for a late check out). Self-Parking is $20 for hotel guests. I think these are the jobs that will and should be easily replaced by machines and AI (if technology solves problems 😀).

Internet is complimentary for only two devices, and the cellular signal is bad. Facilities such as elevators do not work properly. I guess these are all by designs. After all, It is Vegas and casino!

The location of the hotel is awesome, however the check in process is absolutely terrible. The line up for check in prior to 4pm is very long and very slow. The check in line up at 4pm is unbelievably long and slow. It took us about an hour to check in. We did try to check in earlier in the day but the early check in FEE was exorbitant. Staff were not customer focussed at all. Very disappointing. However the location of the hotel is fabulous.

Room tip: 4pm check in is horrendous When booking an Uber, ask for an English speaking person, as they use the ‘no speak English’ to rip tourists off

Disappointed to say the least. Poor front desk customer service. Elevators are horrible (card access is difficult to work). Don't count on food/drink orders placed online/app to go through.

Strip view, 11th floor. The place is ok, smells clean, and the bed is very comfortable, but Th-Sat there was a constant barrage of thumping club music 11pm to ~3:30am. If you are partying then great, but if you want to be asleep by midnight/1am definitely do not get a strip view room. Also, I asked for body soap 3 times and nobody could deliver more than facial soap bars or body lotion. Just pay the extra little bit and stay at one of new, fancier places, it’s Vegas after all!

Room tip: Avoid strip view and floors under 20 unless you are just blacking out every night
