From the moment we step into the hotel, we were impressed. There is staff located throughout the property to guide you to the front desk or just offer their assistance if you require it. At check in, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Lala. She was very personable, patient, polite, and seems to really enjoy her job. She even upgraded us to a suite for our stay (Diamond Members), which we greatly appreciated! The room was beautifully appointed, very spacious, and clean. The beds are super comfy. They also have smart tvs in the room so you can sign into your Hulu and Netflix account. The remote and lights are a little tricky and should come with a tutorial. However, that is the only negative I have for the property. Which isn't really a negative but more of a FYI. The hotel is located off the strip, but close. It is less than a $10 Uber ride to the strip. You can walk to the strip, but I don't suggest it. The parking is free and there is no resort fee. The fitness center is awesome and has everything you could want to include a juice bar. They have restaurants for all budgets and taste buds. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit to Vegas and would highly recommend this hotel.
