Amanda G was the absolute best! We have never had such great service from a cocktail waitress the whole time we have lived in Vegas. She was so kind and thoughtful and was the reason we stayed and gambled longer than originally planned. She deserves a raise!

Palms is the best !! The hotel room , comfortable , clean , perfect , food delicious wherever you eat in there, cafe salmon the best ! Ghost bar , ladies night , like a dream , dancing , laughing , great crowd , DJ, best views ever of strip and Vegas , outside patio , I love it at the palms , thank you Michael at front desk for all your help , you are awesome personality , professional , kind , excellent customer service , always smiling , very helpful . Awful! Run-down and dirty property.
Stayed in the Ivory tower as part of a conference group.
Unfolded the bath mat to find several dead bugs in the towel.
Antiquated heating/cooling controls so it made it very difficult to regulate temperature.
Extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows

I stayed here for the last night of my USA trip. My room was large and comfortable, with amazing views, and I had a great night's sleep. The only disappointment was the restaurant. I decided to treat myself to their upscale Italian restaurant, Vetri Cucina, on the 56th floor. Unfortunately, half the restaurant was partitioned off by an (open) glass door, with an extremely LOUD corporate drinks reception on the other side. Imagine music thumping away and 40 or 50 people talking over it at the tops of their voices, just feet away from where you're trying to enjoy your meal. The waiter and I had to shout at each other to be heard. Why they hadn't warned me about this when I booked, or even just closed the restaurant for the evening, I don't know. The food itself was reasonably good, but nothing like as good as the prices might have you imagine - clearly priced for the location, rather than the quality.
