Danny is by far the best bartender in town! The staff at the Palms is on another level. I will be back soon!! Great experience! The spa is also a must when at the Palms!! Fine dining at both scotch and the Italian restaurant were on point! Pool was also a great place to chill!

The rooms were beautiful, so were the pool and the casino. The service was amazing - Rean, our receptionist was kind, polite, helpful, and he even upgraded our room for free. The hotel was really clean. The breakfast at the casino restaurant was super delicious!

We stayed in an Ivory Deluxe room. Very comfy bed, good space and spotless. It’s a 10 min cab ride or 30 min walk from the Strip which makes it a little less busy . Busy enough, good vibe and atmosphere but not as rammed as the Strip casinos. Pool area is excellent, food options ranging from McDonalds, BBQ joint to fine dining. It’s an LV casino, so nothing is free (actually parking is), but being off the Strip makes it noticeable cheaper. $10 for a G&T is half the price of Caesars or the Belagio, etc. The Ghost Bar is worth a visit with a view of the LV skyline that you just can see from the Strip hotels. My only gripe was the lack of a late checkout option. Would stay again.

MARY ,friendly employee at Players Club was soooo helpful & nice.I hope they give her a raise.Every time we go there & she is working she is always sweet & even if it's busy she has a Smile on her face.The employees at the Players Club really work hard !

Jessica at the front desk went above and beyond to get me a room in new tower. It is a real Fantasy being in the Fantasy tour. I won't stay anywhere else.
I was upset with my stay last time here but I'm very happy this time. I was also very impressed with tim ho wan restaurant for the dim sum meal.
