Sarah Alcantara was our housekeeper and she was exceptional. She was very kind and was always on top of whatever we needed for our business accommodations. She is the type of person you want taking care of things. She deserves a really good review.

This is a lovely hotel off the Strip. It's not too big so quick and easy to get to your room. We stayed in the Ivory Tower and the room was good. Bed very comfortable and we had a great view.
Drinks and food were reasonably priced compared to other hotels on the Strip.
Biggest complaint was that they shut one half of the pool area in the week with no explanation, in fact reception staff pleased ignorance to it even happening! This meant guests were squashed into one part of the pool that went into shade by 2pm.
Uber / Lyft to Strip ranged from 8 to 18 dollars which got expensive when we were going in and out day and night. We chose to get the bus on a number of occasions which was right outside and much cheaper.

The services and amenities are excellent. The place is clean and well kept. It doesn’t smell smoke like in some hotel casino resorts. It has beautiful views inside the hotel. I recommend the place and would like to come back to stay for a vacation.

Skip this place. They will nickel and dime the hell out of you. They won't even let you take your little water bottle to the pool that they just charged u $5+ dollars for at the kiosk next to it, despite the fact that your group has a whole pool booth booked. It's the type of petty bs that will annoy the hell out of guests. Do better!

The best service! Got aconplimentary rooms and Alexis at the VIP Lounge got me an uograde. She is as nice as she is beautiful 😀
The Fantasy Towers was my room. The executive suite looks brand new and modern. has a huge window, dining table, a room with a king bed, and the couch outside that turns into a bed.
