Haben (at the front desk) was such a kind person and he went the extra mile to get me a complimentary upgrade for my birthday! I was so happy and surprised! His effort made all of the difference in my trip. Instead of being in the old tower we were able to go to the new one.

At the tonic bar near the sports book, Tracey served us. What a great personality, so sweet and bubbly and funny. She took such great care of us, and had everyone at the bar laughing and happy. We will definitely come back to see her when we visit Vegas again!

Palms Casino is great. I have to say Liberty the cocktail server is the best. She is on her game and always giving the best service. Every time I have got to see her she's running around with a smile and always so pleasant. Thank you for doing a great job

From the time I arrived, Michelle at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating in the most professional way. She was a welcome experience after a long drive from Pasadena. Our suite was spectacular—spacious and with everything we needed. Including an ice maker! Loved our space and the shared spaces throughout. I especially loved walking over to the adjoining Palms for a more expansive Vegas vibe: casinos, food courts, movie theatre etc, and being able to retreat to our cozy spot at the end of long days of basketball games. This is our preferred space when we travel to Vegas.
