I decided to surprise my husband with a belated anniversary staycation & dinner at AYCE Buffet. I reserved a comped king room in the Fantasy Wing. I received a notification that our room was ready a few hours before check in time so we arrived earlier than expected. Paige greeted us at the front desk. She was so pleasant & very professional. She offered us an upgrade to a corner suite for a few dollars more. Except for a few housekeeping & maintenance issues, the suite was nice. Views were great. Wish I had booked it for more than just an overnight stay but I really just wanted to have a room to sleep in after overindulging at the AYCE lobster & crab buffet! LOL We will definitely return in the future.

GREAT HOTEL! CLEAN ROOMS! STAFF HOSPITALITY WAS EXCELLENT! POOL CABANA IS A MUST! VERY RELAXING. EVERY RESTAURANT AND THE FOOD WAS AWESOME! SOME WILL SAY VEGAS NEVER PAYS. PUT MY PALMS CLUB REWARDS CARD IN THE SLOT MACHINE. WON SOME $$$.... I WILL ALWAYS STAY HERE IN VEGAS...DON'T STAY ANYWHERE....SEE YOU NEXT MONTH PALMS!

We came to the Serrano Vista Cafe for the special breakfast $7.77, affordable, great quality and quantity, only to find out they stopped the special on August 6, 2024. So disappointing, the cafe is now empty with servers just waiting for customers. Palms was finally a place that felt like old Vegas, total let down. Won’t be back. We did stay and ordered the cheapest meal, porridge for $9, boring. Our server Michelle was great, super friendly, observant and kind.
