NICE HOTEL DID NOT LIKE NOT LIKE HAVING NO DOORS ON THE SHOWER OR BATHROOM AND THE ROOMS ARE WAY TO SMALL BUT THE ROOMS ARE CLEAN AND POOLS ARE VERY NICE THE KIDS ORDERED A CABANA AND THEY LOVED IT!!! THE FOOD WAS REALLY GOOD ALSO BUT I DONT THINK WE WILLL RETURN BECAUSE OF THE SMALL ROOMS .

The check-in line was long on Sunday August 18, 2024 and my wife was waiting for assistance. Charlie from the VIP area came to help move the check-in process. Charlie showed my wife to the VIP area and when I arrived she was sitting comfortably and checking in. Charlie fixed us up with a beautiful room and we had a great stay. Also this was my wife's birthday and we played and enjoyed the dining venues too. Thank you Cherlie for your professional and friendly manner.You are a credit to the Palms organization

returned to Island Sundaze at Sammy Hagar's pool at the palms. I finally ordered the nachos which are more than enough for 2! We also indulged in the chicken tenders which came with a variety of fried potatoes, including tater tots and french fries.

Best resort for kids. We are used to the Wynn where there is not much for kids. We booked a room and cabana this trip. From the dining venues to the pool my three kids, aged 8, we were welcomed with opened arms. We have been here without kids and had similar awesome experiences.

Be careful and my suggestion would be never to set foot in the palm's casino resort I've gambled there . loss Lots of money and I thought that I would be treated with. Respect. But the security are overbearing Thugs They are Beyond rude and they bully everybody There are numerous other casinos that treat people with the utmost respect. So there's no reason you need to go to the palms and put yourself in that Environment
