Rooms need attention

3.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 1 Aug 2024via mobile
I love the Pearl, and the free parking is a nice perk. I stayed in the hotel for the first time recently and my experience started to decline. The front desk agent was nice and the room was big and quiet. Unfortunately the room left much to be desired. The shower was dirty, the thermostat was so old you couldn't set the temperature, the mattress was hard and the room had a smell I couldn't place. I'll definitely be back for concerts, but I don't think I'll be staying there again.

We loved the room service rendered by this employee Sarah Alcantara. She was very sociable and kind. She kindly attented to our inmediate needs and left our room very cleaned. I would love to come back to this elegant and pleasant room 17205.

The room was extremely clean and the bathroom was exquisite. The shower had a lot of power and all the amenities. The room was very clean and the view was great. The room attendant, Jenifer.O., was outstanding and clean the room very professionally. She worked extremely fast and hard. I was very impressed. The casino is very organized and clean and all the help very accommodating. The restaurants are all very good. Getting ready to go down to the pool area for the day, I would highly recommend this place as one of the top places in Las Vegas. The machines are much looser than the casinos on this trip.

Room tip: I am a very picky person and I am extremely impressed. I traveled a lot all my life and dated a lot of places come, but this is one of the b

We have been staying at the Palms for our last seven trips to Vegas. We love it! The entire experience is consistently great. Awesome restaurants, friendly employees and wonderful accommodations. If you gamble they have the best comps we've seen. Check it out...

Room tip: The cabs have set fares now so no matter how long the ride is you pay one fee. Airport to the Palms was around $30 before the tip

We booked the Palms Resort for the beautiful pictures of the Pool. It looks amazing online, but when you get there it is disappointing. YOU CANNOT TAKE A BOTTLE OF WATER to the pool. I witnessed many guests turned away. Hydration should be encouraged in 100+degree weather, especially, when the pool has NO shade. Many people like myself need to have electrolyte drinks, and none of it is allowed. I understand people want to sneak on alcohol, but this resort needs to be like other resort pools around the country and have a no cooler rule. Checking bags and turning people away because they have water is very greedy. Not everyone can afford expensive drinks at the bar. Also, if you want to get shade you have to pay a hefty fee to get a cabana. The public part of the pool is small, and the “adult only” pool stay closed during the week. The pool shuts down at 5:45 pm and theres no DJ during the week. BORING!
