Oscar Pineda at the front desk started out our bday celebration on the right foot. Great care and professionalism! Room was as described and clean! Parking was easy and we look forward to the palms taking care of the rest of our staycation. The Travelzoo deal made it easy on our pocketbook.

First visit to Palms - great experience so far. Room is comfortable, staff helpful and friendly.
We just had an early lunch at Serrano Vista Cafe - Salmon Bowl, Fish and Chips, and Loco Moco were delish, and service was prompt and well priced. And our server, Michelle was delightful!

Lunch with the sibs at Cafe Serrano. We wanted to have some breakfast for lunch, and the menu accommodated. The server Brandon made our experience fun and enjoyable and our order was perfect. Drinks were always filled and the service was awesome!! The food was PDG too. We shall return!!

What I like from Palms casino is the buffet and services. Also I would like to say that Rosita Macex from the club serrano has an amazing attitude and good customer service. The hotel is very well taking care. I would strongly recommend the hotel and casino.

We visited in July of 2023 to see Usher for my 35th birthday. I’ve wanted to stay here since The Real World season 11 🤣. It was nice, could’ve been cleaned better however I travel with cleaning supplies so I tidied up. There were hairs in the tub, stains on the sink. This happened daily because they didn’t come for room service the entire 4 days we were there. I got an amazing massage at the spa. The Mexican restaurant was really good with a great staff. Lots of options to eat due to plenty of restaurants on site. The pool was huge and we ended up getting a reserved spot with a table and umbrella for free which was great. I would give 5 stars but due to the cleanliness just couldn’t.
