We visited in July of 2023 to see Usher for my 35th birthday. I’ve wanted to stay here since The Real World season 11 🤣. It was nice, could’ve been cleaned better however I travel with cleaning supplies so I tidied up. There were hairs in the tub, stains on the sink. This happened daily because they didn’t come for room service the entire 4 days we were there. I got an amazing massage at the spa. The Mexican restaurant was really good with a great staff. Lots of options to eat due to plenty of restaurants on site. The pool was huge and we ended up getting a reserved spot with a table and umbrella for free which was great. I would give 5 stars but due to the cleanliness just couldn’t.

The Palms Las Vegas has to be hands down the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. You can’t go wrong with this hotel. It’s far enough away from the strip but you’re still able to see a beautiful view of the strip. The check in process is pretty smooth. Paige checked me in for this stay and I must say she’s the BEST!!! she was able to answer all my questions and get to to my room fast. I look forward to my next visit.

After a great concert the night before 6 of us went to the coffee shop and our waitress was Michelle. She was amazing. Great service great smile and super nice. The food was really good I had the rib eye steak breakfast and the potato’s that come with are delicious. Thank you again Michelle we will be back to see you for sure.
