We were here to celebrate my husbands birthday and 4th of July. After much research, we decided to book Palms because they had great amenities and prices for the rooms was great. I had a very pleasant check in experience with Oscar, he advised on the best ways to enjoy the property. Sadly, the 4th of July rooftop fireworks was sold out, we should’ve booked it when we booked the room. But the rooftop bar was amazing, and so was playing at the tables. The dealers made it really fun, and responsible gambling is emphasized here. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be coming back.

We are annual Vegas travelers who have never stayed off-strip but often visited the Palms and wanted to give it a try for our 30th wedding anniversary. After a rocky start (room keys not working, assigned an occupied room, and a broken television), Krista at the front desk absolutely made our trip amazing! She upgraded us to a corner suite and made it even more special with decorations, wedding cake and champagne! She was absolutely a joy to work with and made this a special and memorable vacation! The only reason that I'm rating the Palms four stars is that the air conditioning simply couldn't match the Vegas heat. Both our room and the casino just didn't cool down enough to be totally comfortable. We will definitely return, and our most heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Krista. She is awesome!!

The Palms is my new favorite place to stay! Far enough away from the overloaded strip, but close enough if you want to venture out that way! The hotel amenities are great as well as the cleanliness of the well appointed rooms. All the staff members are on point. Special shout out to Loreto at the Serrano Vista Cafe.
