The Palms resort is not what you would expect. The strip gets tired and old - too many people and the prices ?!?! The Palms is a $15 dollar cab ride away from the strip. The resort is stunning. The art is amazing. It’s got everything you would need plus plus plus ! Rooms and food combined with all the conveniences ....yes we will be staying again !

I frequent The Palms at least 2 or 3 times per week. They are having a special promotional happy hour bonus game that goes off every half hour. 3 times it went off my machine would not allow me to play the bonus game. As myself and other players sitting around tried to tap numbers to enter my selections. After the second time I was a little upset. So I pressesd service for a slot attendant. She came over and told me that someone would contact me after taking my information and left with an attitude. The third time it came and I was unable to play play again. Before being able to tap the service button a service person passed. I stopped her and advised her this is now the third time a bonus has went off and I have not been able to play. Everyone around me has won upwards of 35-75$ in these bonuses. The service attendant says. Its alot of promotions going on and the machines are not working I dont know what to tell you. So now im furious nothing in this place is free meaning I have spent money in the location how dare you speak to me in this tone. So I go to security. He calls for a supervisor. She comes over, places her hands on my shoulder guides me out of her way and tells me the manager is going to say the same thing go sit at your machine ill come fill out another slip. Lord knows my blood boiled. Because had I done that I would have been escorted out of here and asked not to return. If you are not customer friendly do not work in the public. I come in here too much to be disrespected such a beautiful hotel and casino with such bad attitudes.

Awesome pool, updated new design. It is good to see the Palms back on the map. I have been coming here for years. Ever since the station and new owners took over the property, it has been amazing! Reminds me of the olden days. Much needed facelift. Lots of good energy here. Rooms are all redone, and smell brand new, with updated design. Food is awesome! Even the dealers at the table are full of new energy! The staff is awesome, music could use some fine tuning, but considering how quick they built the new pool, I am super impressed. Highly recommended!
