Awful hotel

@TheLINQ we are staying here at the moment this is our 7th visit to Las Vegas and if it had been our 1st we would never have revisited! This hotel is awful the rooms are not made up unless you ask but it has to be every other day you have to wait for over 8 hours to have your towels in your room changed. The worst is you have to wait for over an hour searching for a bed by the pool as the majority of them have to be paid for. Today a member of staff called Laurent Gontier who is an assistant beverage manager insulted me & my husband in front of over guests telling me “this isn’t Tenerife you know” after I had to search nearly a hour for a sunbed. To top it all my husband & I went for lunch and when we returned approximately 1 hour later the towels had been removed along with our sun cream, when asked we were told to ask 7 members of staff where our cream was to be given the run around by all of them. We still haven’t found our cream or had a proper apology from Laurent or his management team. I will definitely never stay here or recommend this hotel to anybody.

Stayed in the LINQ Hotel for 4 nights. We had booked 2 rooms (King Suites) and were on the 18th and 20th floors. Check in was seemless at the kiosk for one room and we had to go to reception for the 2nd room. Thankfully we did, as we realised we needed to book an extra night and the receptionist looked after us so efficiently and with a very helpful and friendly attitude.

Room was spotless, and, in our eyes, good value for money. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we were attending a conference elsewhere. Really happy we chose here.

Online check out, itemised bills, housekeeping, neatness of the halls all great - couldn't recommend it enouigh from our expreience.

Hopefully the linq hotel will fix the problem . Air conditioning is too old and noise should be upgraded and the shower drain pipe have a little be stuck. .,................
Hopefully it will be an upgrade in the future . Although this hotel is central to the Vegas strip.

Amazing location just off the strip close the High roller the little side road round the back is a gold mine too definitely advice to try Goran Ramsey fish and chips and Caesars Palace very welcoming definitely tell friends and family to stay here

Although we are on the 19th floor the music coming from the pool area is that loud in our room we are having to shout at each other to hear ourselves talk. There was no one in the pool area at the time. We’ve just arrived in Vegas from a short stay in both San Francisco and LA and there was nothing as loud and disturbing in either places.. I would definitely not recommend the Linq hotel to any of my friends . The prices are scandalous also, just been charged over $10 for a small bottle of milk and a twix chocolate bar. !!!!!!

This was a good hotel for locality. Centrally located to everything. There are coffee places and places to eat, but it is expensive. It is close to some restaurants. I was disappointed there were no kettle or amenities in the room. So you pay for the location really.,

Room tip: But your own food and snacks if you can and fruit and veg was hard to find. No kettle or bottled water in the room. It is centrally located
