No complaints; perfect location

We stayed at the LINQ comped in August during Caesars' 10x event. This was the 5th time we have stayed at the LINQ and also had another stay while it was still Imperial Palace.

We checked in late around 10:00pm. It was quite busy but got served quickly in the Diamond line. We received a king room in District 3 on the 8th floor. Our room overlooked the pool.

The room was clean and as expected. There was a fridge for personal use. It's a basic room but it does the trick. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We had no issues with hot water and had good water pressure.

The pool music is loud. It starts between 0900-0930 hrs, so if you want to sleep in, you might want a room higher up or not facing the pool. As said, it was loud and you could hear the words of the song perfectly. We didn't sleep late, so wasn't bothersome to us.

The elevators get a bad rap, but again on this trip we had no real issues. We used the elevators for District 2 mainly, but when we left the room, we used the District 3 elevators. The only time we had a small wait was around 1100 hrs when everyone was checking out.

Lots of variety in food options on offer, and an easy walk down the LINQ Promenade. The casino floor isn't as vast as other hotels, but easy to pop into Harrah's or Flamingo for more selection when needed. The pool is 21+ There was games to play and pool floaties for everyone's use.

You can't beat the location of this hotel. Would stay here again.

⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR ⚠️⚠️⚠️ AGAIN, DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
The LINQ Hotel + Experience
The WORST experience ever, my experience in this hotel/casino was so bad that I have to get my lawyer involved. And also had to record this so called "experience". NEVER, in all my years of traveling have I ever been treated like this as a guest in a hotel. The treatment that my mother and I received from the "higher up supervisor", was extremely disappointing rude despicable demeaning. And I hate to have to say it, but VERY racist.
It was like, wow! Her name is Christa or Cristah, The Head Supervisor at The Linq Hotel/Casino experience. And it was the worst experience in my life! smh I'm not trying to be dramatic, I was just in complete shock at how rude and disrespectful she was. It was appalling to know that this is who they hired as the head supervisor of a new hotel, which explains why the reviews aren't too good. But my mother had paid her money to stay there, and honestly the treatment and the rooms wasn't worth all of that. It's sad to say that my mother at 64 years old, felt like she was a little black girl back in the 60s & 70s again. My heart was breaking for my mother. It took EVERYTHING in me not to grab that Karen right by her blond hair, and show her what she truly deserves. But I'm a black woman that was raised with respect, and I said that all she's going to do is call security on me and make my vacation worst. So I tried everything in me, for my mother; not to loose it on this extremely rude supervisor. My mother and I went through so much with this hotel for over 6hrs, in their lobby!! smh Only to see Ms. Cristah jump up and be extremely polite to these Caucasian ladies that was complaining about the hotel as well. It's like once she saw us, "the black ones"; her attitude would shift immediately. It was back to rude sarcasm, and being very passive aggressive. Cristah was HORRIBLE, and I refused to let anyone ruin my mother and I's vacation, so we unfortunately stayed in a crappy complimentary room. For all that trouble, I guess we had to be grateful for the view smh And the broken fridge, and the dirty carpet that had my feet itching badly, the stains in the mirrors, and the uncomfortable bed. Oh, and let's not forget the mildew on the shower faucet. I have pictures. THANK GOD, I brought a big can of lysol with me because lord knows the allergic reaction my body would of went through on those sheets, or that bathroom alone!
This is going to be a process, but it's a must that we get the law involved in a situation like this. We faced an inequality and injustice at that Linq Hotel + Experience because of someone like Cristah (Head Supervisor). I hope and pray that any person of color doesn't face this when dealing with an extreme racist such as her, at The LINQ Hotel + Experience. Hopefully, she's terminated buy time you visit, but we'll see. My journey in getting Cristah's position as head Supervisor terminated in The LINQ Hotel + Experience has just begun. But TRUST, EVERY social media platform and news platform will know about what happened on 8/24/24 in The LINQ Hotel + Experience!!!

The location of the hotel in proximity provides great access to the strip and everything you want to do while in Las Vegas.

Valet is across the way, on the website it makes it seem as though it's a short distance. The valet staff at Harrah's is okay at best, they tried explaining to me valet was free for diamond/seven stars only and time and limited parking only. The amount of parking spots for valet on the 2nd floor was more than ample for a Tueday night check in.

I tried contacting valet for a receipt the next day, the front desk transferred me twice and I was disconnected to find out that valet doesn't take calls by 3rd person answering phones at front desk.

At the check in up front, i checked box for service daily, I did not receive any service.

It is not easy to get in and out of this place, if you uber to and from here you may be okay. I don't expect more personal contact in the age of digital everything but when you do interact with staff here they are average at best.

Room tip: Good access to the Strip.

Don’t expect to be welcomed by an actual human, kiosks are the Linq’s standard because they are short-staffed. That isn’t my complaint but it was the first clue. Hot Water in shower was absent, dirty rooms, no room service, strange smells ,parking lot weak, but the final straw was the bug i found living in our bed. So hopefully you see this review and make better choices than me. I will leave one positive note, the location with the Promenade was nice.

Queen dbl bed room is small. Shower water pressure bad. W/O running the water, sink backed up with black water. Housekeeping missed our room on our 3rd day. We were out of towels, Kleenex and toilet paper. Remote to tv didn’t work. Room smelled like smoke/weed.

Room tip: If you want a luxury experience, don’t stay here. Location on strip is good. Hotel is old. Staff was friendly.

This was our first visit to LINQ. Check in was quite fast and RoseMarie was an absolute wonderful team member. Very friendly and had a great smile.

Our first room we went to backed onto the pool, which was beautiful - however there was a private function pool party with pounding music and base through the windows. The room was shaking. We called down and they said it would be shut down at 1am so we requested to be switched rooms and it was lovely. Very quiet and modern room.

The pool is quite small for a size of this resort, but it didn’t seem busy. Overall a very good stay.

Room tip: The pool view is nice, but it can be noisy at night.
