Not a good stay...

The location of the hotel in proximity provides great access to the strip and everything you want to do while in Las Vegas.

Valet is across the way, on the website it makes it seem as though it's a short distance. The valet staff at Harrah's is okay at best, they tried explaining to me valet was free for diamond/seven stars only and time and limited parking only. The amount of parking spots for valet on the 2nd floor was more than ample for a Tueday night check in.

I tried contacting valet for a receipt the next day, the front desk transferred me twice and I was disconnected to find out that valet doesn't take calls by 3rd person answering phones at front desk.

At the check in up front, i checked box for service daily, I did not receive any service.

It is not easy to get in and out of this place, if you uber to and from here you may be okay. I don't expect more personal contact in the age of digital everything but when you do interact with staff here they are average at best.

Don’t expect to be welcomed by an actual human, kiosks are the Linq’s standard because they are short-staffed. That isn’t my complaint but it was the first clue. Hot Water in shower was absent, dirty rooms, no room service, strange smells ,parking lot weak, but the final straw was the bug i found living in our bed. So hopefully you see this review and make better choices than me. I will leave one positive note, the location with the Promenade was nice.

Queen dbl bed room is small. Shower water pressure bad. W/O running the water, sink backed up with black water. Housekeeping missed our room on our 3rd day. We were out of towels, Kleenex and toilet paper. Remote to tv didn’t work. Room smelled like smoke/weed.

Room tip: If you want a luxury experience, don’t stay here. Location on strip is good. Hotel is old. Staff was friendly.

This was our first visit to LINQ. Check in was quite fast and RoseMarie was an absolute wonderful team member. Very friendly and had a great smile.

Our first room we went to backed onto the pool, which was beautiful - however there was a private function pool party with pounding music and base through the windows. The room was shaking. We called down and they said it would be shut down at 1am so we requested to be switched rooms and it was lovely. Very quiet and modern room.

The pool is quite small for a size of this resort, but it didn’t seem busy. Overall a very good stay.

Room tip: The pool view is nice, but it can be noisy at night.

Wife and I decided to do a show at flamingo and have a staycation for the night at the Linq on August 16th. Pulled up around 7pm to valet and was told sorry no valet here but valet at Harrah’s and walk over, I quietly obliged. Checked in around 7:30pm and was refused help but instead told to use the kiosk by 2 able bodied front desk employees standing at check-in. After getting up to our room on the 20th floor it felt like it was 85 degrees inside. We decided to turn the AC from 72 to 68 and it started to feel like it was cooling. Went to use the restroom and to my surprise the entire soap dispenser by the sink is completely gone. Thankfully we had some soap in our overnight bag. After our show we made it back to the Linq around midnight and my wife headed up to bed around 1:15 am and the room still felt hot. I came up about 3:30 am and attempted to sleep but felt like I was in a sauna. By 4:30 am we were checking out and going home. Staycation definitely ruined. To top it off when the valet from Harrah’s brought my truck to the Linq I then had 3 warnings on my dash that were not there prior to dropping it off. 2022 truck with 20k miles and that was something new to me.

I have to say Caesars I am impressed at the lack of care from your staff members and the condition of your room.

Extremely disappointed.

Definitely a 0/10 in my eyes.

As a local here in Las Vegas it’s a disappointment to know that people who do not live here pay a lot to travel here to get rooms in that condition.

Horrible Caesar’s.

If you're planning to go to the LINO, beware!
Rooms were decent and somewhat clean but had lots of maintenance issues. As soon as we got there, light had to be changed, ac smelled and some plugs didn’t work. However, the LINQ is also in a very good location on the strip. We were there for 4 nights and two of which at very early hours, the fire alarm went off, lasting easily for 30 mins each. Hotel felt very unfriendly with having to check in with screens instead of talk to humans and when you need to talk to a human, be prepared to wait a very long time with extremely long queues. The most important issue for me and my family was you’re only allowed 2 devices per room and every additional device is charged at $15 per day! Overall this was not a good experience and wished I had read the reviews prior!
