Understaffed, so don't expect stellar service

I guess they don't clean your room during the stay. I went to the front and asked, I was told someone would come up, but by 9pm, still a mess. Called down for clean towels at least, and was told they are understaffed. The kiosk check in should have been a red flag. I guess they'll expect us to clean our own rooms in the future and pay extra to borrow the vacuum.

FYI: $51 "resort fee" rip-off. Petition your representative to stop this hidden fee scam. No discount for services not provided, but charges made for services not needed.

Major disappointment for the trip.

I typically love The Linq. This time, I was a little frustrated bc everyone I asked help from either was not true telling or very rude.
First, I asked if my friend and I can be put next to each other, she told me “of course”, came right back and said “You’re all set”. Then when rooms generated far, I questioned her. Her response well that’s as close as I could get you. Okay…. THEN SAY THAT. Don’t say “you’re all set” .
Anyways, the parking is a monster. The key cards didn’t work it charged me every time $35 to leave. When I complained the same woman said “oh let me fix it, regenerated the card and said ‘ you’re all set we’ll refund you later!’ …”
We were NOT set bc the cards still didn’t work and paid another $35.
When I went back again, the RUDEST woman told me the parking garage doesn’t work we have to call for help and they’ll let us out, EVEN WITH LONG LINES WAITING. Extremely rude, but more honest and helpful.
When I asked her about of next refund we were now due, she said the The Linq doesn’t refund it is the parking company. I mentioned the other rep stated they would do it, she said that was incorrect, i needed to talk to an attendant at the kiosk for parking. I went, no one answered. Needless to say we spent about $105 not refunded in the parking garage.

Room tip: Do research learn everything on your own bc every employee tells u something different

Do not go here I was there last night and was treated very rudely by staff and then I was asked to leave because I responded back to rudeness with rudeness. When I went to management to ask how they would handle the situation the basically told me there was nothing they can do about their staff treating customer rudely and then them kicking payinh customers out of there hotel. Do not spend your money here

Room tip: Do not spend any money in this casino they will let staff treat you rudely and then kick you out if you are rude back. And management won't do anything about the situation.

This hotel is not a 4. It is a 2 star at best. Horrible customer service, terrible rooms, no towels no water in room. no drawers for clothing. very small room and very run down. had to ask for everything. no house cleaning had to pay extra. the pool is horrible. party pool with loud music and a bunch of drunk people. last night there the place was swamped with police and police dogs. drugs I am assuming. would not stay there ever again !

I was pleasantly surprised. Reading the reviews I wasn’t expecting much but my stay went very well. Check in was easy at the kiosk and I was even able to request a higher floor with the lady at the front desk. Very good location on the promenade so it was a lot to do around the area. The pool was a vibe but you have to rent a cabana for seating near the pool also, the drinks at the pool bar are also waaaayyy over priced but it’s to be expected in Vegas. Room was clean so no issues there.

Pro Tip: if you like to sleep in, request a room away from the pool the music gets loud very early.

We came July 3rd for 6 days 5 nights and we stayed in room 10144 really couldn’t complain about anything everything was on point we already planning our next trip when I read the reviews I had to see for myself we loved our stay see yall soon thanks alot
