Management is AWFUL
Hotel is mediocre, you're better off at a facility that cares about it's customers and the safety of their guests.
The fire alarm went off at 2:30 am. The room signs say to go downstairs. We listened for announcements it did not hear any. After going down 19 flights of stairs with 2 small kids, the management team tried to gaslight the large group of us that were upset.
"Your floor didn't have a fire alarm" yes it did
"You didn't listen to the announcements" almost all of us hadn't heard an announcement
"You're supposed to stay in your room" and "you chose to come down here" THE ROOM SIGN SAYS TO
Between hotel fees, parking fees, an ungodly amount of smoking in the building, and overpriced food on the Promenade/in the building, you might as well pay for Flamingo or Harrah's. Especially since their valet is at Harrah's and their family pool is at Flamingo.
I wouldn't trust anything at the Linq
