Checked in 17/4/2024 a service hotline fee of $356 was asked for I asked if I could pay cash so I did .bad mistake on my part should have used my credit card so it’s recorded.i only payed cash because I took a lump sum with me.on checkout 24/4/2024 was asked for credit card told deposit refunded after3 to 4 days ,put this down to security deposit in case people run up a bill in hotel.thought no more of it till I checked my balance a week later,£284-61 plus £8.57 transaction fee was taken.looks like I’ve payed twice the hotel charge.the last 6 weeks I have explained and complained to customer service.after all this I was told ther was no payment on check in,now I have to go through my visa as an unauthorised transaction.very disappointing service all as they had to do was check there cctv that money doesn’t just disappear or check accounts and staff,supposedly a hotel and casino so much for their security cameras or is it they can’t be bothered.not going to the Linq again after all the money I spent.warning to all visit there!
