If you really want to stay on the strip, I would make sure I have a really good price at the linq. Everything here is just... well OK. Nothing stands out here. Nothing. If you are British or familiar with premier Inn, I would say the linq is comparable in terms of cleanliness.
Also if you are hiring a car and looking to park at the linq it's $20 for 24 hours!!! It's not included for free!!

Poor value.

On arrival to our hotel in Vegas ( all very tired and hungry) we faced so many disappointments.
To start with we had to wait 25 mins to be checked in as self checking service wouldn’t work with our passports . Receptionists ( 2 of them ) was busy on computer and there was only one other person in the queue.
When I checked us in I did ask for our rooms to be as near to each other as possible due to grandads medical condition (he has seizures ) so I could check on him regularly! I had no response from the lady and was given keys to our rooms .
Then we find out that our rooms were completely on the opposite side of the building and different floors .

To add to this when we checked our rooms there was many other issues :
- Only two towels for 3 people!
- No soap in soap dispenser
- Terrible view ( see attached image)
-Our room was missing a fridge, it has a huge gap and plug for it next to the wardrobe but nothing there! (Grandad) did have a fully working fridge - Upon asking the reception they said a fridge was no always guaranteed with a room!?!
- Toilet seat was dirty, chipped, stained and had burn marks on it ( see attached photo)
- Safe was not working so had to call for someone to fix it and waited 20 minutes before we could go out
- We were told that pool at the Linq is not for under 21 years old so my daughter was really upset
-( grandad ) paid for same room as us but was given smaller room with one bed !?

When we contacted reception to report our issues we faced very unhelpful, unprofessional staff . We were made to like we were a nuisance and the person couldn’t wait to get rid of us of the phone . We were also told that we get what we paid for and that towels would be delivered later that day, no other support or apology was given .

Would definitely not return or recommend this hotel !!

Dated property with failed housekeeping (body soap ran out). AC in room was very loud, need to set temperature higher so it stop running when we sleep. Check in check out process was quite chaotic, waited in line to get to a check in machine telling me my room is not available (at 4pm), got transferred to another line to check in with a rep and room was actually available. Free hotel WiFi only allows 2 devices max. Excellent location with tons of restaurants nearby and in the middle to strip though (right across from Caesar forum)

Greatly disappointed. Just arrived today, and if I had to use one word to describe The Linq, it would be yuck. I should have done more research before booking, and not base it on the website, which definitely oversells the rooms. The rooms are dull, minimal, dark, and old. The hotel is loud, everywhere. We paid extra for a pool side room, and it’s like being at a club while in our room. I know we were charged resort fees at booking, and it sounds like we are getting charged resort fees again for each night. Would never opt for this hotel again.

Checked in on Friday, first room had rust/ blood stain on the sheets. They moved us to another room and offered a $50 credit. Moved to the next room, stains on the sheets, the sink would not drain. Talked to someone they gave compensation again. I requested new sheets and someone to fix the sink since we had already moved once and was supposed to be there for a short time . We Came back the room smelled like rotten eggs and the sink was full of black stuff and kept making weird noises while stuff kept coming up through the drain. Manager was apologetic yet giving excuses as to it being a large hotel / busy?????they gave compensation and changed the room to a suite . 3rd room had to have them change the sheets AGAIN due to visible stains. The housekeeper changed the pillow cases without asking because she saw hair . Before check out, noticed blood on the shower curtain. Saw a large roach crawling on the casino floor . Looked like large spots were on the walls in all the rooms. The only pros is the location of the property and the very kind housekeeper who changed the sheets in the 3rd room .I will never stay here AGAIN ! All of this happened in less than 48 hours.

I had a horrible one night stay . Check in was ok and I went to the room expecting to lay down I did my check of sheets and cleanliness and I found blood stains and other stains on sheets and bio that was on the walls. I went back downstairs was extremely upset as I am pregnant and I expect whatever I pay for to have the quality of being clean. I was switched to another room after I received a credit of $50 which I did not use because once I checked into the new room I had stains on both beds again. I find this to be extremely disgusting and I was very disappointed. I took pictures and complained again I was exhausted all I wanted to do was shower and get in bed and couldn’t. After I complained again I waited for an hour for someone to come and when she came I explained what I saw she had to call back up to help clean and by the time I knew it I had 4 people in my room. Dante manger of housekeeping was there did not help her clean and Ms.Letie was the housekeeper that cleaned my room at 10pm at night and she was amazing with the process as far as front desk staff they acted as if they did not care. Mine you we checked in at 7pm and we didn’t get a chance to actually go to bed til after 11pm because that’s when our room was cleaned and finished. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE AT ALL . For all that I paid $227.30 and I’m upset because I had an early morning flight and couldn’t sleep . I want my money back and I will definitely be writing into management!

Room tip: Check your bedding! Don’t be afraid to complain about something you paid for. Don’t ignore anything you see!
