Not sure what they were thinking when they named this the Linq Hotel and experience. The experience was a nightmare. Registration is online but there are people everywhere with no clue. No staff to guide or explain the process and only 2 Check-in desks open. The rooms are spartan. No coffee maker, cheap towels, and the safe was broken. They have a texting program for repairs/requests but using it is impossible. When we returned from dinner there was a loud high pitched noise in the room so we ended up changing rooms. No noise but the new room had a broken hairdryer. Finally, leaving the garage our key didn’t work. Broken systems and inadequate staffing. On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable. Never again.
