The LINQ is an interesting place, I heard from others that you need to stay there. But that was a mistake! I had to check myself in at basically an ATM machine and get my keys, and then if I had any requests I should text IVY. If you can, avoid this location and just pay the extra to go elsewhere. After paying extra to check in 2 hours early... We are finally able to make it up to our room after the concierge looked over the atm machine reservation and commented.. “ehh that’s a decent room.” We get to the door after checking in and going up stairs to find out the door lock does not work! It was not an issue with the key, we tried it on the other doors and they lite up as incorrect. Ours did nothing. We stopped an employee on the floor for help and saw told we had to trek back downstairs with all of our luggage again! After traveling all day and not eating. We had already made reservations at a restaurant we were looking forward to from the beginning of booking our trip, which was coming up quick (we missed them due to the issues with the room). Back down stairs and to the check in, the same concierge asked if everything was ok, to which I said “no”. And before I could explain, the first things out of his mouth was, “oh is the room dirty!?” At that point I should have known to just roll away and not return.... I explained the issue, he took the keys and after a while we were moved to another room on a different floor. We had an amazing view of the room on the other side, since it was a corner, and the other 8-12 inches of view was a majestic rooftop.... (being sarcastic) the room was ehh, dark and cave like, the soap dispenser in the bathroom just kept pouring soap, and why for a king bed are there only 3 pillows? That’s so odd? Those are just a few of the issues for a ONE day stay! So avoid if you can. In the end, I paid to check in early, when I didn’t need to by the time we actually got into our room, and missed our reservation... Thanks LINQ! Not again! See you from the OUTSIDE in December! ✌🏼
