Eerie hotel, great rooms though

4.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 2 weeks ago
Huge, spacious rooms with a really nice view. No noise heard from the gambling below. Strange inside design though that feels a little unsafe with low balcony railings when walking to your room. Found out after that it's the most haunted casino in Las Vegas which makes sense as we heard some really strange noises and were woken up by a voice (not joking). Great product for the price though.

Nothing really exceptional to report, standard hotel with minimal effort put into anything except the decor. Very few tables open in the casino with only a few types of games to play. Staff was pleasant, but food and drinks were super expensive and rewards program isn't worth taking the time to sign up for.

Beds were good but could be turned they had no wash clothes and floor mat in bathroom on the first day and there was hair on the floor. Also to many Starbucks not enough regular coffee shops wish they had coffee pots in the room. Also kinda was hoping for a dinner buffet but apparently no resort does lol

Very fun to stay in a pyramid. Probably the only place in the world you can do it. The elevators are really inclinators because they are like Charlie and Chocolate Factory glass elevators. Cool. 2 Starbucks to choose from with mobile ordering so no problem for coffee.

The stay overall was fine. The front desk and the staff in the little mini shops are so kind and so friendly and helpful. The elevators are scary and falling apart. I talked with several others who were staying and we all agreed they were some of the worst ever. The last really annoying thing is that for the price you pay you would assume you would have a mini fridge and or coffee pot but NO you have to pay EXTRA for them to “rent” them! This to me is an absolute joke!!
