WORST HOTEL EVER!!!!!

1.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed 11 Oct 2024
This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the rooms are out dated and have a funky smell and almost sure the hotel is haunted and the staff are rude and unhelpful!

Our rooms was barely cleaned and no bins was ever emptied in the whole 7 days we stayed.

You’re also not allowed to sit in the shade by the pool unless you pay for a cabana which is around $250 anyone that tried to move their sun loungers in the shade was shouted at and even security was called.

We left a $8 tip for the cleaners as that is all the cash we had on us and upon getting home we had received $500 fine for a trashed room and requested photos of this and the cleaners had smashed food into the floor that was in bags in the bin and they also stated we had smashed glasses in the bathroom but couldn’t provide evidence of this.

Take photos of the room once you have left before checking out and don’t make the same mistake that we did! Don’t bother staying in this hotel everything is over priced there is no entertainment and there are much better places to stay in vegas!

Awful hotel! Rooms are outdated and definitely hunted! Takes forever to get room key! Didn’t leave enough tip so the cleaner threw food on the floor and smashed glass in the bathroom when we only had plastic cups! We were left with a hefty cleaning fine of $500 + our deposit of $200! Please be careful and take pictures of the room when you leave don’t make the same mistake as us! There’s no way of contacting them! Don’t waste your money on this hotel there’s plenty of nicer places to go!

Room tip: DON’T STAY HERE

All 8 of the pillows were gigantic, none thin enough to actually lay my head on without hurting my neck. There is no coffee maker, no fridge, and no counter space in the bathroom. The pool closes at 5, so I never got to use it after a long days work. The giant light that shoots out of the top of the pyramid is decimating the bat population. And I arrived at 1am, only to stand in line for over an hour to check in and get my key.

No hot water my first day, no hand towels. Hot water got fixed, then hand towels that arrived had hair on them. Pool closes at 5pm, but sign said 6pm so arrived for a swim and unable to go to the pool. General smell to the place that was disconcerting.

Be careful of the auto check in. You will get a room on the first floor facing a wall and pipes. It will also smell of stale smoke. The pool attendants were rude and the pool area decor was in disarray. Clearly the price indicates a step down in the MGM expectations.

Biggest room ever (standard room), close to what I needed to attend (quick walk to Mandalay) and the food options were outstanding (Diablo was the best Mex I think I've ever had)! I was not a fan of Vegas at all but my experience may have changed my mind.
