Possibly the worst hotel under the MGM umbrella. It is dirty, the staff is rude, and you might as well be speaking to a brick wall if you need help. The rooms smell of stale cigarettes, the odds of mold being present is essentially 100%, and you will find hair that does not belong to you. You'll have to decide if mentioning any of this is worth it because you will wait forever to speak to someone, and when you do they will be inconsiderate.
Check in, check out and bell desk luggage storage lines were ridiculous. All the shops charge almost double the normal prices for Starbucks coffee and food, and the skip the line use the mobile check out is a joke, it told me I was sharing a room (I wasn't) and I had to go stand in line to check out.
They gave me a room without working AC. I've already posted pictures on Google review of how the AC unit was open in my room waiting to be serviced. Horrible experience. and they were keep telling me that they will take care of it right away, but they did nothinbg
The rooms are dark and tired as reflected that the TV didn’t work on arrival. I tried calling it in but no one picked up the phone so I had to report it to the front desk after waiting in line for 15min. Its not worth going back. It’s not a good property.
The water was turned off in our room and the elevator keypads are broken in a majority of the elevators. The front desk was little to no help. When I called the LUXOR Customer service for help the representative I talked with said I would have to call back and ask for a hotel manager as the system was currently down.
