Having no coffee maker in the room is a big deal for me. It can be the nicest place in the world and would pass on it if I knew that there was no coffee maker!!

Review of Luxor Hotel & Casino

The room was great and most of the hotel was as well. Wish there was a bit more to do in the hotel, but it is close enough to other places that is wasn't an issue. Wish they mopped the hallway floors a bit more. Everythign else was very clean, but for some reason, the hallways were always needing to be mopped. We saw the same mess on the floor the entire time we were there. That is literally the only complaint. Everything else was excellent!

I booked through AmEx. I felt like a second class citizen and was told multiple times that I used a second party to book. Took at least 15 minutes on registration line-it was long all the time. Room was hot, no one ever came to fix AC,and I had to ask to be moved to a new room. Also had to ask for some sort of compensation. Might stay there again, but would book direct.
