I booked through AmEx. I felt like a second class citizen and was told multiple times that I used a second party to book. Took at least 15 minutes on registration line-it was long all the time. Room was hot, no one ever came to fix AC,and I had to ask to be moved to a new room. Also had to ask for some sort of compensation. Might stay there again, but would book direct.

I would recommend it to anyone. I stayed for a week. The wasn't any bored time at all. I can't wait to go again.
Luxor is a nice hotel i wish they provided with coffee and water at least and better slot machines payout , food and drinks were a bit expensive so make sure you have enough of money to cover your needs with taxi and other things you plan to do .
When I arrived, my room was not ready. The person who works at the luggage was rude to me. I was touching my nose and she told me “You shouldn’t be doing that, that is nasty and gross, I have to touch your bags” she made me feel ashamed in front of a lot of people.
