Review of Luxor Hotel & Casino

I was surprised there's no mini fridge in the room I stayed at just to try & store some coffee, water, etc. I stayed in the tower portion of the hotel so didn't have a great view of the Las Vegas strip. It was clean and the hotel desk staff was great in person but felt very cut off when I called the hotel to check out because the QR code process didn't work.

The building definitely shows signs of aging and it’s unusually warm throughout parts of the casino and hallways.
The room was 85 and the AC was not functioning properly. The staff was unwilling to provide a new room and kept stinging me along for days until I gave up.

Luxor is good for a conference at Mandalay. When your company isn’t showing off by having you spend $$$ to stay at Mandalay. No service from front desk if you have a problem. And do not even think of staying in the pyramid. Only the tower is acceptable.

This was the first time staying at this hotel for our family. We really enjoyed the entire Egyptian theme of the hotel and décor. Definitely one of Las Vegas place to stay. While the hotel is a little older, it still has a lot of great things to see. The room was good, well cleaned, and cool. The price was not bad for our stay. Our family enjoyed the pool and the other amenities.
