“Secluded paradise with heavenly views”
Reviewed 10 June 2018 for a stay in June 2018

This villa is truly amazing. The architecture is stunning, modern and flooded with light. The decor is stylish and the finish is high-spec, well equipped to a standard better than most hotels I have stayed in.
The outdoor areas are wonderfully relaxing, the pool is fantastic, and the panoramic views from the property are breathtaking. There are no other properties nearby so it’s a peaceful and private spot. Absolutely loved it, and was sad to leave.

We spent one week in this beautiful place. Villa Alas has everything you could wish for. Seclusion, a dreamy view, contemporary architecture and most importantly charming owners. The day we arrived was our wedding anniversary and as we had told them in advance, they left a homemade cake a bottle of wine and some of the local drink "raki" with cretan sesame bars. They booked the taxi for us and when we arrived at the restaurant there was an other surprise waiting for us...A glass of bubbly and the excellent bottle of wine Manousakis we had chosen all had been paid by Anastasia & John!Villa alas offers everything even it's own vegetable garden and we were allowed to pick our fruit & veg from there. I travel a lot and I am a very critical person. This is one of the few places I would rate as excellent. We are definitely going back next summer.
