Our group of 9 persons checked on May 14 for 2 nights. We have booked 6 rooms but 2 out of 6 rooms were invaded by bedbugs.

Those were room original rooms # 215 moved to #211 for the 2nd night since invaded by the first night.

The next room # 216 also was invaded by bedbugs.

It is totally unacceptable for the cleaning management. Here are pictures for your reference.

Our team members were very upset about the hotel experience. We hope you can consider if can return all the money back to us during our staying two nights then.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have checked the rooms mentioned and we are sure that it has no bed bugs. Our beds are equipped with bug protectors as well. Hope we can settle things outside this public portal. God bless you.

I broke down in my Jeep so I stayed over 3 dayst I got it running and was during a Winter weather advisory so I was stuck in most of the time Aimee and Heather that ran the front desk really made me feel at home I couldn't ask for a better place to stay

We checked in November 20, 2020, in the evening, and, I didn’t get the name of the person who checked us in, but she was awesome! My reservation was all wrong and she apologized and fixed it, and the check in process was quick. This hotel takes the Covid so seriously that if you expect the usual room amenities, you’ll have to ask for them; they will not be in your room, because, the Covid. The room was nice, clean, and quiet. There’s a Subway, McDonald’s and a much needed liquor store all within walking distance. Check out was easy. The morning staff were so nice and friendly, too. I’ll stay here again.

The motel was clean and the staff was very pleasant. They did a good job of cleaning for the covid pandemic. For breakfast the provide you a sack style breakfast to carry with you. The motel is dated and very close to the interstate but you can get a good night sleep.

Everything in the room was spotless (when disinfectant wipes do not have a speck of dirt after wiping handles, tables, etc., you KNOW the room is clean!). The management is taking extra covid precautions--many standard amenities have been taken out of the room and are available at the desk to limit the number of people potentially touching them. Beds extremely comfortable! Hotel is obviously pet-friendly--met several very nice dogs in the hallway.
