Due to Covid, we eat outside, but it was mid-day and smoky and no tables in the shade were to be had. However, the waitress (owner?) told us we could have the one in the shade when the patrons left. We took a short walk and when we came back, the people with the shaded table graciously finished up and waved us over. A positive experience with the people of Livingston!

My eggs florentine were good, although I would have liked a few more spices in the home fries. The meal filled me without being too heavy, which was nice on a hot summer day. My husband had the Spanish omelet which he describes as "okay."

All in all, a good experience.

Delicious breakfast! What a great place to stumble upon while looking for breakfast. Yummy Eggs Benedict with Home style potatoes. Biscuits and gravy were excellent! Had a side of sausage and that was delicious! Fresh squeezed orange juice was so refreshing! We will certainly stop in next trip through Livingston . Staff was so friendly and really were conscientious with cleaning during COVID .

Dropped in to Pinkys for breakfast and was GLAD we did. Clean, great service, and delicious breakfast food. And when they say FRESH squeezed OJ, they mean it!
If you want a good breakfast this is a great choice!

We stopped for breakfast on our way to Billings and enjoyed a good old fashioned breakfast. My husband enjoyed his favorite, corn beef hash with eggs and hashbrowns. I shared his and we ended up having a delicious blueberry pancake. The restaurant is in the historic Railway station building, where years ago passengers would wait to take them down to Yellowstone National Park. Our waitress was very friendly and helped us decide what to have. Coffee not quite strong enough for me, but I’m particular! Would definitely recommend and we will stop there again.

In the middle of a brief snowstorm, we stopped in for coffee. When we declined the menu, the server's whole demeanor changed. We later realized that she might have preferred us sitting at the counter but there were plenty of empty seats and we'd have gladly moved if asked. The decaf coffee was so weak, I wouldn't even call it coffee-flavored water. The server did, however, continue to refill our cups. I would probably try again since I've definitely heard better things about this Cafe.
