We booked a room here as the group we were traveling with had reservations here. Our room was ready on our arrival. We were on the 3rd floor. Room was clean, bed was comfy. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not hot, but were told it had recently been repaired. Staff at check in were very friendly. Breakfast was good the following morning with a decent selection.
This was my first Fairfield, though I've stayed with other marriot brands. Check in went well as Abigail was training a newbie who's fingernails looked like they could claw the insides out of a bear. Yikes! But they were friendly gals. The room was nice, had the proper amenities. Bedding, or specifically, mattress pad came undone repeatedly and actual mattress was stained. Morning breakfast was good, best in our week of travel. The outside sign you ask? Several letters of the Fairfield sign did not illuminate. Thus considering the whole enchilada and the rate I paid....the stay was FAIR! like the sign told me it would be.
We stayed for one night. The room was clean and quiet. They are one of the few Fairfields I have encountered during Covid that offer cooked breakfast - you go to a window and order eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, etc., and it is brought out for you to take back to the room. It was quiet and the staff were friendly. No complaints.
I am a Marriot Bonvoy rewards member and I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this hotel. They do their best to serve a pretty good breakfast during these COVID times and I greatly appreciated that. Very clean rooms, great beds and comfortable linens, restaurants and shops around the area. I have nothing negative to say about my experience at this hotel.
Checking in and out very easy. Friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights and have no complaints. Room was clean, quiet & well maintained. Normal size room with a microwave & fridge. Laundry was just down the hall. 1 washer & 1 dryer. $1.25 for each & had a machine to purchase laundry supplies if needed. Breakfast was a premade egg with cheese on English muffin with sausage & bacon on each. They were hot and good. I like bacon & Hubby prefers sausage so we swapped meats. They had other basics like boiled eggs & cereals. It was close to town & easy to get to sights. There’s a large grocery store just down the road along with other stores. We had no issues & enjoyed our stay.
