I am a Marriot Bonvoy rewards member and I enjoyed my 3 night stay at this hotel. They do their best to serve a pretty good breakfast during these COVID times and I greatly appreciated that. Very clean rooms, great beds and comfortable linens, restaurants and shops around the area. I have nothing negative to say about my experience at this hotel.
Checking in and out very easy. Friendly staff. We stayed 2 nights and have no complaints. Room was clean, quiet & well maintained. Normal size room with a microwave & fridge. Laundry was just down the hall. 1 washer & 1 dryer. $1.25 for each & had a machine to purchase laundry supplies if needed. Breakfast was a premade egg with cheese on English muffin with sausage & bacon on each. They were hot and good. I like bacon & Hubby prefers sausage so we swapped meats. They had other basics like boiled eggs & cereals. It was close to town & easy to get to sights. There’s a large grocery store just down the road along with other stores. We had no issues & enjoyed our stay.

I do 100+ nights with Marriott a year and it's rare to have one with Internet so dysfunctional as this one. Really would not work, period. They admitted this was a common issue but didn't seem to know how to rectify.
The other thing I found shocking was the lack of mask-wearing despite it — supposedly — being a Marriott brand standard.
Anyway, do you need to stay in a Marriott in Helena? Stay at the Delta or the Residence Inn. Do you need to stay at a Fairfield in Montana? Stay at the one in Butte or Missoula or Bilings. Do you need to stay at a limited-service chain hotel in Helena? Try the Holiday Inn Express. That was where I ended up after leaving this hotel early.
Bottom line, this one should probably be de-flagged, sadly.
I was checking reviews for our stop in Helena and it had the best reviews. We decided to stay here and I'm glad we did.The staff is nice. The room is very clean. It has the sink outside the restroom, which is nice. We have a fridge, microwave, good TV. Beds are comfortable. There's coffee available in lobby and coffee in the room. Breakfast is available in the morning. The pool is available by reserving a spot,because of covid. The hot tub is broken at this time. There is a workout room too. We are on the 1st floor & parked the harley by our window so we could see it. The capitol is a pretty neat place to see and the giant church is beautiful. At this time I've been told in Montana masks are suggested,but not required.

We stayed this hotel for one night. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped.
This hotel is located close to many dining and shopping options, and is convenient for most Helena area attractions.
The young lady working the front desk could not have been more helpful or kind. Her willingness to help with a couple of questions/requests are the most memorable part of our stay.
