I usually never write a review while staying at a hotel but this place is simply amazing. Preston checked me in super quickly and was very informative about the property and local events. Best check in ever! Kudos to Preston! I Got to the room and I love it! Crisp clean sheets, great modern feel and super comfy bed! I will be back!
My room wad clean and comfortable. Great location with wking to great food, shopping and coffe shop. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great options in fitness room. Free breakfast options would have been appreciated. Confetence room was in a great location wjth accommodations. Hope to come stay for fun weekend.

Exceptionally clean, and comfortable environment. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a motel. The onsite restaurant was good though a little spendy. Would stay here again!

Staff was very helpful. Location was perfect as a launching point to our trip north for a little fly fishing. Rooms were clean, staff was helpful and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Easy walk to restaurants and bars

I always stay here when I travel to Helena as our central office is just right across the Gulch. So convenient and lots of easy choices for food and entertainment within walking distance.
The hotel recently underwent a renovation within the last 3 years. And the changes are very very pleasing. The rooms, hallways and public areas have been upgraded and are very warm and welcoming.
Check-in was a little chaotic as there were three of us and we were being very distracting for the desk clerk. The reservations have been taken care of by central office, so I did have to stop by the desk later to add my Hilton Honors number but that was not a big deal and certainly wasn't the fault of the hotel.
Preston went out of his way to be very helpful and accommodating for the three of us and arranged for an equally helpful and accommodating Jeremy to run us around town. It was getting late and we wanted to make a run to Applebees for the 9 p.m. to close happy hour. We could have taken an Uber or Lyft but Preston arranged transport for us. Jeremy was very pleasant and personable. He definitely held his own with our group as we were all feeling pretty good.
We did not try the Italian restaurant as it was a little above our price point. I would probably go there for a special occasion with my spouse rather than coworkers.
I do think that charging ten bucks for what basically is a continental breakfast is ridiculous. That same ten bucks can get me coffee and homemade treats at the Park Avenue Bakery or at The Hub.
I did not use any of the facilities as in the weight room or the pool. If my stay had been longer than one night I more than would have.
I will continue to stay here for future trips to Helena. It is a convenient location but aside from that I do enjoy the atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff.
